The FCHC has been charged with the Identification, Designation, Education, and Promotion of historic features of Fremont County.

Application for Local Landmark:

Historical Site Nomination Application Historical Site Nomination Application Form to nominate a site as a historical landmark. May be submitted to the Heritage Commission via email.

If submitting via email, photos may be attached as a separate file and emailed to fremontheritage@gmail.com.

To submit by mail, send completed form in triplicate to FCHC, Historic Preservation Office, 615 Macon, Canon City, CO 81212.
