Performs responsible, technical and specialized work in the preparation of the assessment rolls, maintenance of real property records, and the calculation of real and personal property assessments and property market values. Assists public with look-up and verification of plot information to determine property ownership.  Assists customers, in person, with research to locate information that includes addresses, legal descriptions, schedule numbers and related data. May assist the customer in making copies of all or some of the information located. Assists with the maintenance of files for over thirty-thousand (30,000) accounts. Assists with other support and administrative duties such as keying correspondence, filing, data entry, errands, mail distribution and other tasks. Makes corrections to records that support the assessment roll. Inputs data and verifies permanent assessment information and records. Prepares documents for organizing and reviewing data to ensure completeness and appropriateness of documentation.


Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school; or one (1) year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Valid Colorado driver's license required.
