FCDPHE Vital Records Office Hours

Effective August 30, 2021, FCDPHE Vital Records will be open to the general public Monday-Thursday from 1-4 pm. Once staffing barriers are filled, FCPDHE Vital Records will go back to regular hours; this is only temporary.

Adjusted hours will not impact funeral homes nor the corners office. However, these entities are still encouraged to call the health department at 719-276-7450 to retrieve birth or death certificates when needed. FCDPHE will continue to provide 24.7 staff support for these entities as well.
