Road Work

The Fremont County DOT will be conducting paving operations Tuesday May 30, 2023 on Logan; Wednesday May 31, 2023 on McKinley; and Thursday June 1, 2023 on Fourtner.  Travel will be reduced to one-lane, so we ask that you reduce speed through the work zones and follow the directions of our flaggers.  Please plan ahead to allow for extra time during your commute.  As always, we appreciate your cooperation and patience while our crews work to complete the projects!

Fremont County Affordable Housing Audit and Zoning Code Revisions

Planning and Zoning is working with Plan Tools to review existing County housing policies, regulations, and data. We are identifying existing zoning, land use, and development policies and regulations that are currently preventing or restricting the development of affordable housing in Fremont County. Broadband Feasibility Study

Fremont County is excited to introduce the Fremont County Broadband Feasibility Study. The purpose of this project is to perform an evaluation of current access to reliable broadband throughout the County. This study will develop recommendations for appropriate actions to improve access and reliability for those residing within the County.
